OLLIE WINES was voted the fans’ most valuable player on the weekend, delivering another solid midfield performance during the Power’s heartbreaking Showdown loss.

Unsurprisingly, Wines led the Power’s disposal count and finished with six tackles.

Robbie Gray has regained top position on the leader board, bagging the first goal of the Showdown and delivering another spectacular goal thereafter, in an attempt to narrow the margin.

Captain Travis Boak and Brad Ebert worked hard in the midfield, with Ebert powering on after a nasty hit to the face by Adelaide midfielder, Rory Sloane.

Jasper Pittard fielded votes for his presence in the back lines, however, his chase to be crowned the fans’ MVP for 2016 will come down to the wire with the Power playing their last game of the season against Gold Coast this Saturday.

Gray and Pittard are split by just one vote with a round to play.

Magpies Fans’ MVP – Round 21

Unless West Adelaide pull off a miraculous victory this weekend to help the Magpies play finals, Kane Mitchell will win the Magpies Fans' MVP.

Mitchell finished with a game-high of 39 disposals and kicked three goals in Port's win over Norwood to open a seven-vote lead over skipper Steven Summerton, who polled four votes against the Legs.

John Butcher impressed fans by bagging four goals to help the Maggies win by 25 points in their first minor round of their finals campaign, while Will Snelling, Sam Colquhoun and Brendon Ah Chee also polled.
