ADELAIDE midfielder Rory Sloane has been offered a one-game ban for his late hit on Brad Ebert in Saturday night's Showdown.

Ebert left the ground with a cut below his right eye before Jimmy Toumpas kicked a goal from the resulting 50m penalty.

The MRP found the incident was careless conduct, medium impact to the head - meaning a two-game ban. An early guilty plea reduces the penalty to one game.
